Dirty Looks NYC

DIRTY LOOKS returns to the West Coast with our 2013 Roadshow, exhibiting queer work that spans four decades of playful experimentation and overt performitivity. From Pyramid Club videographer Tom Rubnitz, who collaborated with performers like RuPaul, Lady Bunny, David Wojnarowicz and Ann Magnuson to Jayne County's Berlin of the 1980s, and into the lives of public figures like Peter Berlin, Joe Brainard and Liberace through the lens of emerging filmmakers, the Dirty Looks Roadshow serves up the cutting edge of the queer avant-garde.
